Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not quite right, our returns process is simple, transparent and backed by real customer support.

30 Day Returns

You have 30 days from purchase to return your item.

Unused & In Original Packaging

Items must be unused, in the same condition and in original packaging.

Proof of Purchase Required

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Bait / Perishable Goods Non-Returnable

Perishable goods such as bait cannot be returned.

1. Returns

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as bait cannot be returned.

2. Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift vouchers are non-returnable.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Partial refunds may be granted where items are damaged, missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your card provider, as it can take time before a refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

5. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

6. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the next step.

7. Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over £25, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
