What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs are based on your order total:

  • Up to £9.99 — £1.50 P&P
  • £10 – £24.99 — £2.00 P&P
  • £25 – £49.99 — £2.50 P&P
  • £50+ — Free P&P
What are your delivery times?

Estimated delivery time for mainland UK orders is approximately 3–5 working days. During busy periods, bank holidays, or once payment has been authorised, this may take longer.

For orders shipped to France, please allow 10–14 days, or longer during busy periods.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Stripe, PayPal, PayPal Pay Later, credit/debit card, direct bank transfer and Klarna.

Who delivers your goods?

For smaller items we use Royal Mail. For bulkier or heavier products we use DPD.

Is buying online safe?

Yes. You can shop with confidence on our online store using SSL-secured checkout and secure payment processing. Your private information is kept confidential and we do not share your private details with third parties.

Do you post outside the UK?

At the moment, we only ship outside the UK to France. Due to customs charges, shipping to France is charged at £12.

Are your stock levels accurate?

We keep the stock status on our website as accurate and up to date as possible. However, there may be occasions where an item is incorrectly shown as in stock. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know when more stock is expected and discuss your options.

What does backorder mean?

A backorder means the item is not currently in stock, but may still be available from a supplier or distributor. Please allow an extra 4–5 days on top of the stated delivery times. We will keep you updated where needed.
