Estimated delivery time for orders within mainland UK is approximately 3-5 working days. However, during busy periods, bank holidays or once payment has been authorized, this time may be extended. For orders being shipped to France, please allow for a delivery time of 10-14 days or more during busy periods. Yes we do but at the moment it’s France only. please note that due to the charges that we incure at customs we have to charge a rate of £12 for shipping.

The stock status shown on our website are kept as accurate & up-to-date as possible, however there might be occasions where we have made an error and an item is incorrectly shown as in stock when it is not. in this case we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know when we are expecting more stock to arrive and discuss your options.

Backorders occur when a purchase cannot be fulfilled due to the item not being in current inventory. This can happen when the product is either still in production or available from a distributor. To accommodate the delay in fulfilling the purchase, customers are advised to add an extra 4 to 5 days on top of the stated delivery times. During this time, the company will work diligently to fulfill the order and provide the customer with updates on the availability of the item.
